Healthy Care, Easy Clean and Close to Me high chairs from Fisher-Price have been recalled due to injury reports. The Consumer Product Safety Commission have reported that at least 14 children have been injured by the tray storage pegs on the back of the chairs.

The high chairs have a folding from and a reclining seat. All Easy Clean and Close To Me High Chairs are included in this recall, along with Healthy Care High Chairs manufactured before December 2006.

The high chairs were sold through major retailers from September 2001 through September 2010 for $70 – $115.

Consumers should stop using the High Chair immediately and contact Fisher-Price for instructions and a free repair kit at (800) 432-5437 or www.service.mattel.com.
