Venturing out for vacation? Don’t lose your healthy habits along the way — try out these tips to stay fit:

  • Jump-start your heart with swimming, hiking, or walking.
  • Carry a water bottle; slurp 64 ounces per day.
  • Top off your tank with nutritious snacks such as fruit, nuts, or granola bars.
  • Skip the excuses; pack a jump rope or resistance bands to work out anywhere.
  • Take frequent stretch breaks.
  • Arrive home feeling well-rested and still on track.
