The Center for Healthy Weight and Nutrition at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, alongside University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, has recently launched a new program for parents, “Feeding Your Kids”, to encourage healthy eating behaviors.

Feeding Your Kids is a free, 45-day text and email-based program that addresses the real-life challenges of feeding children of every age, from toddlers to teens. The program helps parents and families make small changes that add up to a big result – a lifetime of healthy eating behaviors.

Some of the topics and tips parents receive address ways to include breakfast in kids’ daily diet, healthy lunch and snack options, eating right while eating out, dinner recipes and more.
