Wooden rattles from distributor P. Graham Dunn, of Dalton, Ohio have been recalled due to a choking hazard. The wooden dowels of the toy can be installed at an angle, allowing the metal rattle inside to become exposed. This poses a serious choking hazard to young children.

The toy rattle is circular in shape, measuring 2 ¾ inches by 2 inches with a gold-colored rattle inside. It was sold at gift stores and book retailers nationwide from June 2010 through July 2010 for about $6.

For additional information or a refund, contact P. Graham Dunn at (800) 828-5260 or visit www.pgrahamdunn.com.
